Having vocalised for the bands Vagabond (with Ronni Lè Tekrö of TNT fame), Yngwie Malmsteen, ARK, Beyond Twilight, Mundanus Imperium, Nikolo Kotzev's Nostradamus, Millennium and The Snakes as well as his own self-titled solo effort, Jørn is well known amongst the modern melodic hard rock scene as a vocal talent.
More recently Jørn has made a striking impression on the global metal scene fronting Masterplan, the band with which he released two albums before parting ways during the first week of May of 2006. In 2005 Jørn also teamed up with the Symphony X vocalist Russell Allen releasing an album entitled "Allen/Lande - The Battle".
