While Radiohead wound up being a no-show, many musicians have performed at the Occupy Wall Street protest to support the cause.  Among them is the famously reclusive [mp3com-artist]Neutral Milk Hotel[/mp3com-artist] frontman [mp3com-artist]Jeff Magnum[/mp3com-artist]. At around 10pm on October 4th, Magnum showed up announced at the protest in Zuccotti Park and played a half hour set of requests from the protesters.  “I’m here to serve you," he said, "What do you want to hear?” He opened with a cover of the song "Themselves" by The Minutemen, whose lyrics must have resonated with his audience: "They keep themselves hidden away They keep themselves hidden away upon the hill Afraid of the day they'll have to pay For all the crimes upon their head And all those men who've learned to hate them" The rest of his set included  songs from his classic album In an Aeroplane Over the Sea and one from his first album On Avery Island: "Holland, 1945" "Ghost" "Song Against Sex" "Two Headed Boy, Pt. 2" "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea" "King of Carrot Flowers" "Oh Comely" For a pretty good quality recording of most of the evening, check out the video below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvLm01ruV00
