Britney Spears is set to release her eighth studio album on December 3rd, and ever since she announced the title of the record, simply Britney Jean, fans have been dying for a glimpse of the album artwork. The pop superstar revealed the cover via Twitter, calling the record her “most personal album ever“, and the shot features Britney in black & white with the title in neon lettering.

With the single “Work B**ch” already burning up the charts, fans can pre-order Britney Jean and get an exclusive download to her new song “Perfume” on November 5th. To please her followers even more, Britney shared a handwritten note online, telling the public that she “poured my heart and soul into this album and it’s been an incredible journey. I’ve learned a lot about myself, and as I am finishing, I am reminded of the incredible foundation that has supported me for the last 15 years“.

Producers on the upcoming album include her longtime friend will.i.am (who worked on her previous effort Femme Fatale), as well as English DJ William Orbit and singer/songwriter Sia.
