Pagan Metal
Pagan metal is a term referred to metal bands with emphasis on Paganism. It is closely related with terms of viking metal and epic black metal. Pagan metal bands are usually sort of black metal and/or folk metal sound, characterised by galloping pace, keyboard-rich anthemic sound and bleakness. Although pagan metal doesn't have a specific sound, it usually features replicated and sometimes real folk instruments, with frequent addition of acoustic guitars.
