Plain White T’s, “Boomerang”
Jul 22, 2011 6:00 AM by Will Durkin
When the Plain White T’s struck it big with their 2006 hit “Hey There Delilah,” it was both good and disruptive for the group. The song hit #1 on the charts of four countries, but, as an acoustic ballad, it was different from their usual style.

Echoing from Randy Montana‘s gravely voice, the hit single “1000 Faces” has received praise from 1000 blogs and magazines. If you’d never seen Randy’s face and only heard his songs, you’d swear he was twice his age, but as it turns out he’s just wise (and gifted) beyond his years.
