Rising country singer Jenna Bryson mixes the country-pop melody of Taylor Swift, the groove of Jason Mraz, and a little Beyonce soul to create her own fun Americana-inspired style of music.
Bryson’s first album make/believe was released back in August, but she is already making a name for herself around the country with her honest, catchy songs. She possesses a strong, clear voice that makes all of he songs a joy to hear, and her acoustic guitar accompaniment provides the perfect foils for her words.
On “Clear” Jenna Bryson struggles to make sense of a being dumped. This isn’t just some post-breakup rant, however, Bryson sounds calm and collected as she muses over what happened and as she voices hopes she has for the future. To her, it’s already clear that they are meant for each other, she just hopes he can see that too.
