A riff-raff of instruments poured into a cocktail of gypsy, ska and hardcore, banging together like so many glass bottles hanging from a tree. In a nutshell, the sound of Grim Luck!
Born in San Diego in 2006 (or maybe it was 2004), Grim Luck! are a ferocious crew of like-minded musicians who beat down the borders of rock and roll “genrefication” with a conflagration of shouting vocals, harmonically-impaired instruments and outrageous rhythms.
“They are fast, loud, obnoxious, and drag their songs on too long with battle like hymns,” they say (and they should know best.)
