In 1998, British singer and songwriter Ashley Bruce was struck down with a brain hemorrhage, the kind of life changing infliction from which few people recover. Thirteen years later, appreciative of every day he can count himself amongst the living, Bruce finds himself pursuing a career in music with a gusto he would never have imagined more than a dozen years ago.
