Today we learned the sad news that Adam Yauch (aka MCA of the Beastie Boys) passed away. Some of the true pioneers of hip hop, the Beastie Boys were the first rap group to crack the Billboard 200 charts with their debut album Licensed to Ill. In honor of Adam Yauch’s memory we’ve compiled a playlist of our favorite hip hop tracks from the MP3.com database. So throw on these tunes and raise a toast to OG MC, MCA.
