Listening to noise since highschool in the late 90s and then falling into the trap of several group efforts in and around 2000 and 2001, nkondi was finally birthed in 2003 by Erik Arteaga. Releasing 3 cdrs and piquing the interest of several others in the noise community, more and more output began to come out from this artist. His most prolific years thus far being 2004 and 2005. Although there has been a slower release schedule by nkondi, the quality of the material has increased, as he has put more effort into ideas and concepts for the new albums.
