Doug “Droog” Sharp is an old-school computer game developer ( ChipWits & The King of Chicago ) who lives in a remote Wisconsin cabin with two horrible dogs. He just finished Channel Zilch , a sci-fi novel about kickstarting the Singularity by stealing a space shuttle, and is working on the poli-sci-fi chiller Palin/Cheney 2012 .
