The-Band play out of the centre of Thornaby! The-Band have a small but amazing cult of fans, The-Band's first self titled album, was released in September of 2005. The first offical live Concert took place on September 9th 2005 in Thornaby at one of the members houses!

The-Band consists of two members, who both play guitar and do vocals, the members are Leon Colclough and Adam Appleby, they have both played guitar for many years and are considered by many to be the two best guitarists in Thornaby! They have also tried their hand at keyboard, triangle, banjo, drums, anything that makes a sound really!

The-Band's second album Hope Magnetic was released late 2010 much to the delight of their loyal fanbase!
