Take One Car is an experimental post-hardcore band Located in Millerton, NY. They formed in the summer of 2007, and released their full-length album, When The Ceiling Meets The Floor, in May of 2009. The Band plan to release a second full-length, It's Going To Be A Nice Day, in February 2012. "The band mixes heavy riffs, fast finger work, and crashing cymbal-driven drums with haunting guitar melodies, and occasional ambient sounds. Tyler spouts cryptic lyrics in vocals ranging from shaky lament to rugged scream. Their sound is self-definably indefinable." (Read.It.Now, 03.08)
