Stripmall Ballads is the conceptual solo-project headed by Phillips Saylor Wisor, formerly the front man of the old-time revival band The Shiftless Rounders. He fuses old-time roots and rock melodies and technique with contemporary, beat-like lyrics. The album "Since Jimmy Died" is a DIY recording, and is the second album. The first one was "13 Songs".
