From the unforgiving streets of Madina, a.k.a. South Side Madison, Accra-Ghana, emerges a raw unearthed talent with a game hot enough to break the invisible walls of African hip-hop. This 22 year old has broken the myth of possessing the cutting edge skills as a rapper, as well as a producer.

Starting from the severe sedation of the 90’s hip-hop classics to the recent “crunk” explosion merged with soul, jazz and pop genres, SkayDee has built a reputation of composing sick beats with a distinct diverse feel. He is the underground cat responsible for the progression of various artists on the Ghanaian and international music scene. Put that with a blend of Pidgin and English rap and u have a master of Ghanaian hip-hop music.

2009 marks the beginning of a new phase in the career of SkayDee. As a self-produced solo artist SkayDee bursts onto the Ghanaian music scene… the rest is history.
