Silena Murrell is a singer-songwriter and solo recording artist formerly with Universal Music Group. She co-starred in The Soul Kittens Cabaret movie as Mimi with Fantasia Barrino, nicci Gilbert and Faith Evans. She is featured on The dream's debut single "Shorty is a Ten". She released "Bring It Home" aka "Body Rock" on Universal and the song was later covered by Beyonce Knowles and is on You Tube. Ms. Murrell co-wrote "Never Say Goodbye" for the Braxtons , "Willing and Waiting" for Joya / Atlas Records, and "Give It Up" for Elusion/ RCA Records. Silena has written songs with Scott Storch, Trickey Stewart, Greg Curtis and other notable producers.
