The artist known as Saint Peter was born and raised in eastern North Carolina (9/27/1985) and is the second oldest of six children. He threw himself deeply into music at the young age of eight, first singing in his church youth choir before progressing to middle school where he learned to play the saxophone, becoming prodigiously good at it. Upon entering high school his musical prowess continued to grow even garnering the national Louis Armstrong Jazz Award.
