Danceable, catchy electro sound matched with melodious guitar parts, dark bass and striking voice.

Inspired by bands like Depeche Mode, New Order or The Cure, SUDDENMOOD interpret the sound of the eighties in a new and contemporary way. Complex, elegant arrangements, leaned against approved song structures of our times, form a particular, distinctive style.

Founded in Berne (CH), SUDDENMOOD has been active in today’s formation since the beginning of the year 2000.

The actual creating is documented by the newly issued 5-Track-EP «Disconnected» which obtained consistently positive comments and brought SUDDENMOOD – amongst others – also into the finals of the «Battle of the Bands 2006» of the music magazine Sonic Seducer.
