Ran Away To Sea was a christian melodic emo-pop band. They released two albums, their self-titled debut and 'I Won't Tell A Soul Except The World', released in 2001 on Burnt Toast Vinyl.

The band had four members:

Daniel French : singer/guitarist

Scott French : drummer. He also did some production work for Denison Witmer's 2000 release 'Safe Away'.

Matthew Campbell : bass

Heather Hatt : keyboards
