Maite gives today’s Latina a fresh voice. Whether expressing a mesmerizing Bolero, a poignant reflection of domestic violence, or the dizziness of first falling in love, she proudly embraces the opportunity to resonate with the listener with an inner strength, elegance and grace. A traditional Latin Percussion Section of Congas, Timbales, Bongos and Bell combine with brass representation from Trumpet, Trombone, Sax, Flute, and Flugelhorn. Beautiful Piano montunos and lush string arrangements round out the instrumentation of the album.
