A romanian band who started their career in 1999 with the song called 'De la Ruşi...' after the success of this song they changed their name from "take five" in "Proconsul"

In the year 2000 with the song called "cerul" (sky) they win the 3rd place on "mamaia" contest in Constanta,Romania and in the same year they release the album called "Tatuaj"(Tattoo)

In 2001 they win the romanian contest "Cerbul de aur" and in the same year they release the album "MI-ai luat inima"

In 2002 - one of the members(Karcsi) leaves the band

In 2003 they release the album "10 povesti" (10 Stories)
