Premier was a rock band from Zlín, Czech Republic, originally formed in 1975. However, until the late 80's they played only foreign songs, mostly pop and disco.

Their line-up completely changed in 1993, and in the same year they recorded their first album Probodnu tě hroty. Then, they released another two hard rock albums Hrobař (1995) and Černá vdova (1996). Later they appeared with two soft rock albums - S radostí blesku (1998) and Pocity (2001). They split up soon after the release of their last album Free (with Jarda Bobowski - now a vocalist of the band Takahe - as a frontman) in 2005.

There is another band called Premier, with different band members, which plays only at festivals and concerts.
