Philthy MacNasty is a funky little group from Philadelphia, PA. Birthed as the brainchild of Josh Hirst, Matt Steck and Cory English (formerly Slim Pickins, an instrumental blues/rock band)- the group added Justin Foley on vocals. Philthy MacNasty is a self-described melange of eclectic stylings. From Funk to Blues to R&B to Folk and Reggae, the group has played all around their native Philadelphia. During the summer of 2010, the line-up subbed out Mr. English for Mr. Steve Lach. The band currently plays their unique blend of funky, soulful jams around the Philadelphia area.
