Based in New York, New York, Persephone's Veil is the musical project of singer and lyricist Julie Veil. Referred to as "Avant-Garde Darkwave". Each of its songs places artful lyrics atop a diverse musical background that draws from rock, classic Goth, industrial, ambient, ethereal, among others.
