Outer Clockwise was formed in 2008 in Brooklyn, NY and are based in Floyd, Virginia. They are currently working on a debut EP which has the planned title The Egg EP. Their record label is The Strawberry Club which is an independent label based in New York City.

Nothing is known about the membership of the band except that their website states that they have less than 37 band members.
