Composer, singer and percussionista appeared in the end of the years of 1950, Orlann Divo (born as Orlandivo Honório de Souza in Itajaí/SC - Aug 5, 1937) started early, touching gaita-de-boca" to the six years of age. Orlann Divo moved to Rio de Janeiro (1946), where was presented the public as to crooner of the band of Ed Lincoln, with which it participates of diverse carried through balls in clubs of Rio De Janeiro and boites as the "Vinicius", the "Nice Coffee" and the "Affectionate one". The years of 1960 had been of extreme importance for the artistic career of Orlann Divo: it launches some album-ground, as the classics the Key of the Success (1962) and Samba in Parallel (1965). Passed the time, unhappyly Orlann Divo finished falling in the ostracism, as well as a infinity of Brazilian musicians of its time; but, recently rediscovery for british DJs. It established the Ipanema Dance, band of 12 musicians who if present in events sponsored for the city hall of the Rio de Janeiro, and play in the groups "Brincando de Samba" and "Bossa Nova", with Durval Ferreira, classic guitarist and composer of bossa nova.
