Not yet Seven was a band from Las Cruces, NM which was composed of 3 members. Matt Olson, Luke Olson, and Jason Carr. The bands name originated from the idea that 'seven' is the perfect number, and that they have not yet attained perfection in their Christian walk of striving to be more like Christ. Their music were songs of hope and encouragement in their lives and to others. The band dissolved in 2006-2007 after Jason began spending more time with his girlfriend and eventual wife.
