Neuro Dubel (blr. Нэўра Дзюбель (tarask.) ці Нейра Дзюбель (nark.), rus. Нейро Дюбель) is one of the oldest belarusian punk rock bands. It was formed in 1989 in Minsk by Alaksandar Kulinkovicz and Hienadź Ahiejczyk. The style of the band is in general , nevertheless band uses other styles - from to . Nowdays the band has 13 official albums, most of them are in russian ("Tanki", 2004 - in belarusian and "Stasi", 2007 in russian and belarusian).
