Nathan Asher & The Infantry is an Indie band from Raleigh, N.C.

The group first gained attention with their song "The Last Election," a politically-themed track about the 2004 Election, and a rumination on the human condition.

They won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest with the song "Turn Up The Faders" and received publicity for the song "Sex Without Love/A War"
