Mr. Marcelo is a rap artist born and raised in the Magnolia Projects located in New Orleans, LA. He formed his own label Brick Livin Entertainment in 2001 but is best known for his time spent on Tuff Guy Entertainment and No Limit Records in the mid-late 90's. Marcelo is the older brother of rapper Curren$y.
