David Olof Peter Pagmar (better known as Montt Mardié) is a Swedish singer/songwriter whose ethereal, soulful falsetto and genre-bending sensibilities nod to likeminded Scandinavians like Jens Lekman, Tobias Fröberg, and Loney, Dear. His debut album, A Flair For The Dramatic, was released on Hybris in 2005. An EP, S.C.I.E.N.C.E., was released one year later, leading up to the release of a double album, 2007's Clocks/Pretender.
