Monika Pedersen is a Danish singer, she is the member of Sinphonia and the former female vocalist of Sirenia. Monika has been the member of Sinphonia since 2000, due to the band's inactivity, Monika joined Sirenia in April 2006 following the departure of Henriette Bordvik from Sirenia. Monika's voices can be heard in Sirenia's third album, "Nine Destinies And A Downfall". Monika left Sirenia in November 2007 due to musical disagreements with the other band members. She was then replaced by Ailyn.
