In April 2005 four people got together to bring it back where it belongs. Starting to rehearse in an unheated and dank WWII bunker they worked on songs which saw the light less than a year later, being their first full length release "No Discounts On Large Amounts" gaining great feedback for its raw sound and a unique mix of Oldschool Hardcore, Sing-A-Long Streetpunk and a dose of Crust. It was put out by No Chords Records , a label that's run by the drummer Josh and lead vocalist Manhelm Schopinsky.

The original lineup consisted of Achim, Manhelm Schopinsky, Josh and Dans.

Soon after the release and a lot of shows wherever somebody let them plug in their instruments they moved on to Hagen to share a nice rehearsal room with such cool bands like Doomtown, Burial, Bombenalarm and Fatal. Finding an inspiring scene there Misfit Society started to work on their next record while playing shows all over Germany.

In March 2007 their second full-length "Misfit Society" hit the streets getting good reviews just like the first release. With some very kind help from their D.I.Y. friends Matthias and Jan from Karacho Konzerte, it was released on No Chords Records and Karacho Output. Following the release of that record a lot more shows were played together with such great acts like Gang Green, Billy No Mates, Far From Finished or The Casualties.

In autumn 2007 guitarist Daniel decided to call it quits. He was replaced by long time mate Andy Fockin' who used to play in now broke-up bands with Josh and Achim some time ago - On A Run, Buzz Meeks and Nothankyou United.

After a small tour by that time with gigs in the Netherlands and France the band decided to take a small break from playing live to work on their next record.

In 2008 they'll be back with live shows as well as a new record!
