A former film maker from south of France and the long time partner of Steve Hillage. Both joined Gong 1974 (march) both left end 1975. Giraudy was basically a vocalist with Gong but after leaving she appeared on all of Hillages albums playing keyboards and co-writing Motivation Radio. She wrote and largely performed side A of Rainbow Dome Music (possibly the first piece of what could be described as Ambient music). She and Steve Hillage went on to form System 7.
