Mill a h-Uile Rud

Forget your beer-soaked, cheesy stereotypes, this is Mill a h-Uile Rud and they play real Celtic Punk in the Scottish Gaelic language. Tim (guitars, vocals) and Sìne (drums) are Scottish Gaelic speakers who first started playing together and writing music in Edinburgh, Scotland. Now based in Seattle, the group picked up Chris on bass and has toured from L.A to Poland. The band has released a seven-song EP and also appears on an all-Gaelic comp along with Oi Polloi, Atomgevitter and Nad Aislingean, which all gets regular spin on the Gaelic rock show, RAPAL at the BBC. Mill a h-Uile Rud plays energetic and melodic Scottish Gaelic punk rock that makes the Seattle kids giggle and dance.
