Matt Guillory (born 1974) is an American musician and founding member of the San Francisco Bay Area based progressive band Dali's Dilemma. He plays the keyboard and also writes songs in the progressive metal music genre, with a certain ability to write good hooks and memorable melodies.

Often compared to the Swedish keyboard player Jens Johanson, Matt Guillory worked in the past for the likes of Mike Varney, appearing on several mid 90's records as session player. Guillory's main gig now is with Dream Theater's vocalist James LaBrie.
