Marvin Parks produces music in awide range of styles.. after 7 years' hectic musical life in Leeds, DJing in clubs, bars and freeparties, promoting nights and playing in various bands, he came down through the hard hitting techno, to funky and deep tech house .. and of late has splashed into a sea of ambient and electronica (See Attainment and Retribution / Cycle & Reflection / Push) ...albums featuring expressive and heartfelt tracks which attempt to have a relationship with their title where possible.

Influences for recent music includes BoC, AFX, Tycho, Kettel, Wisp, Maps and Diagrams, Proem and the like. Marvin's House Music heroes are without doubt Joey Youngman, Bryan Jones, Inland Knights, Ross Couch.. etc
