Mark Hall is the lead singer for the christian rock group Casting Crowns. According to Songfacts, one of the first songs that he ever wrote was Spirit Wind . It originally appeared on a CD that he and his youth group made many years ago. In 2011 he recorded it for the Casting Crowns album, Come To The Well.
