Lion's Mane is a literary-crossover Wizard Rock-band based in The Netherlands, combining epic Power Metal with lyrics drawn from fantasy books such as the Harry Potter-series, the Chronicles of Narnia and the Lord of the Rings. The Red Lion in their logo can be seen as a reference to the Gryffindor House of the Harry Potter-books or to the mythical lion Aslan of the Narnia-books.
