Like Wendy is a 90's progressive band which is from the Netherlands. Great melodies characterize this prog band. Some of the earlier works have a nice mix of distorted guitar solos and vocals. The vocals although a bit muted in the earlier CD's improve on the more recent releases. The style of this group seems to be influenced from early Genesis or, Tangerine Dream and with the drummer, on some tunes, tapping the high hat in 16ths while Bert Heinen, the band's front man caresses his Gibson in his almost Edgar Froese style.
