Cicatrixx is an Amsterdam born, Cape Town based, rapper, producer and social activist. Being born to a mother that's a social worker and a father that's a third world project manager, Cica spent his entire life traveling through African and Asian countries, the first being Sudan, where he moved at the mere age of 9 days old.

This led to Cica being exposed to a side of life that many people are kept hidden from, which in turn, combined with his later studies of the Bible, the Qur’an, Western philosophy, quantum physics and more, has contributed greatly to developing the messages that he now portrays in his lyrics, poetry, articles and speeches.

Cica is currently working on his mainstream solo debut album, which is to be distributed digitally by Island Def Jam and is set to feature various nationally and internationally known artists.
