Julian Jay Savarin is a British musician, songwriter, poet and science fiction author. Born in Dominica, Savarin moved to Great Britain with his family in 1962. He recorded a solo album, Waiters On The Dance (1971) and was the leader and main songwriter in A Time Before This (1970), which was the only album recorded by his group, Julian's Treatment.
