He does everything under the sun and wears many hats - songwriter, producer, arranger, graphic designer, engineer, repairman, web designer and is crazy about new gear and strange sounds. He's originally from Southern California but have been settled in New England for about 15 years; living in a great two story house where he can make all the "noise" he needs .
Johnny has been interested in music since the Beatles first came over and has worked with multitrack audio since the middle 70's, having acquired a large amount of equipment with which to stretch, bend and warp sounds. He loves to mix styles, sounds, and textures to come up with something original and is not anywhere near being a purist when it comes to genres. He likes to take a pop feel (for the flow) and introduce different sonic elements into it (for interest and uniqueness) and plans to experiment more with synth and dance beats in the future.
Johnny's songs are now represented on many websites including: Backstage Commerce, CD Baby, Amazon, Peacework Music, Want2BDiscovered, Sonic Soup Music, Blast My Music, Create Space, Indie Charts, Myspace, Pure Volume, Facebook and others.
Johnny also puts together CD album package one-offs for songwriters who want to show and shop their demos or finished songs. He creates the graphics, sequences and "lite"-masters the songs, makes the book, label, and tray, and records a CDR.
Aside from the obvious musical interests Johnny collects books by and about Stephen King and gets in the wind on his 60's style Harley Lowrider to air out the cobwebs in his brain...
