Johnny Law (1) is a rock and roll songwriter from Minneapolis, Minnesota USA, most often compared to Steve Earle, Roger Waters, Mark Knopfler. Johnny Law released his debut CD, Hanging By A Thread in 2005. He appears sporadically in the Minneapolis area with his band The new Century Prophets.

Johnny Law (1) is also a house guitarist at Spirit Garage in Minneapolis. His guitar work can be heard on the Spirit Garage Band's 2001 release Free Parking and their 2005 release Faith, Love, and Rock and Roll.

Johnny Law (2) was a 1990's rock band from Austin Texas. Often compared to the Black Crowes, the band signed with Metal Blade records in 1991. Limited biographical information is available at this time it is believed that they broke up in 2002 or 2003.
