HISTORY

In 1979 John shot to fame when he joined Squeeze, just two weeks before their single Cool For cats went into the top 10.

This was followed up by the equally successful Up The Junction.

Since then John Has played on many hit singles and albums including:

Highest ever chart position was when the Squeeze album 45's and under went to No.1 in the U.K.

Best ever gig was playing at the Squeeze re-union at the Albany in Deptford in 2007

WHATS HAPPENING NOW

John is on tour with Chris Difford playing acoustic guitar in his fantastic multi-media show 'its all about me'

John is working several projects including writing music for a DVD with charismatic film maker David Milner.

He can be seen performing material from his solo album 'The Man Who Never Was' with the instrumental outfit - 'mind your head'.
