Hailing from the no-mans-land of Perth, Western Australia, In League has been making waves in the Perth post-hardcore scene ever since entering the arena in early 2010. Fully formed in Late December 2009, this 6 piece energetic ensemble has just returned from their highly successful tour of South East Asia. Headlining shows throughout Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Borneo playing to crowds of up to 1000+, In League have returned with an even bigger and unexpected fan base.

Although still only very young, In League has already landed some massive shows, supporting bands such as Closure in Moscow, Forgiven Rival and Perth’s very own Miles Away on their national and International tours, the bands most memorable show being their supporting slot at the opening of the Perth Destroy All Lines club “Oh Snap” playing under Australian giants The Amity Affliction.

With a fan base that is growing by the day, In League certainly does know how to pull a crowd. Known for their highly energetic live performances, In League leave their audience with nothing but exhausted bodies, sweaty shirts and a satisfied musical appetite.

Drawing from their predecessors in the genre such as Underoath, Our last night, Confide & many more, In League’s music ranges from pummeling breakdowns to catchy hooks and melodic ambiance, taking listeners on a musical journey through the positive outlook on life they preach.

Their Highly anticipated 10 track debit album “Where the Silence Is Easy” has just been released as of the 1st of January 2011. Having been produced and mixed by Perth’s very own Chad Blondel (Elora Danan) and mastered done in New York by renowned engineer Alan Douches (A Day to Remember, Our Last Night, Architects) the album is set to take Australia and the world by storm. With a truly original sound, In League is a forced to be reckoned with.
