The production of HGWT's self-titled, debut EP release was an entirely D.I.Y. process; from writing, performing and mixing the songs on home recording equipment, to hand-stamping the cover artwork and individually packaging each CD.

Having spent the better part of the last decade recording and touring as singer/guitarist for Florida indie-rock trio The Chase Theory, M. Burke began writing songs for his first ever solo effort. Working under the assumed moniker Have Gun, Will Travel, Burke combines elements of folk, rock, bluegrass, and traditional country music with an indie sensibility.
