There is more than one artist with this name: 1) GAM is a Hello! Project sub-unit consisting of members (and close personal friends) Aya Matsuura and Miki Fujimoto. GAM was created to sing the theme song for the movie Sukeban Deka (starring Aya Matsuura). Their first single, "Thanks!", was released on September 13th, 2006. Their second single, "Melodies", was released on October 25th, 2006. Interestingly enough, this group is becoming infamous within H!P fandom for their lesbian fanservice, as seen in the promotional video for "Melodies".
