Darren Price is closely associated with the band Underworld whom he became acquainted with from his time with the Junior Boys Own label. He initially supported their live tours as a DJ before becoming a full time member of their live set-up following the departure of Darren Emerson in 2000. His first full length solo LP "Under the Flightpath" was released in 1997 on Novamute.
