From digitalhardcore.com - "In late 1994 Alec Empire was visiting London. He met a guy going under the name of DJ Mowgly who gave him a tape. All he said was how much he liked the first three DHR releases and handed Alec a tape. He said it contained a track called "Cook Cook" and a couple of others. Would Alec be interested in releasing it? That was the last Alec ever heard or saw of him. They did a video for the track with some friends in Berlin and put the track out hoping that Mowgly would surface at some point but he never did."
